Important Security Alert: Beware of Fraudulent Phone Calls

We want to alert you to a recent scam targeting our community. Some customers have reported receiving fraudulent phone calls that appear to come from one or more of our bank locations. These calls are part of a “vishing” (voice phishing) scam, where criminals attempt to trick individuals into revealing sensitive personal or financial information.

Please remember: Bank 21 will never call you to ask for your account number, Social Security number, passwords, PINs, or other confidential information.

If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from our bank:
